Bulimia is an eating disorder wherein a person eats fast and then tries to get rid of everything one has eaten. Sometimes, this process is elongated by fasting for long period of time after getting rid of the food one has eaten.

Bulimia is mainly linked to psychological reasons. Meditation and Yoga help in calming the mind. There are also some particular Yoga asana that help in treating the digestive problems of the body.
