Pigmentation of the skin is also caused by the dryness of the skin sometimes. Almond contains fatty acids that help in moisturizing the skin and nourish it overall and helps in removing the pigmentation.
The milk too contains natural moisturizing oil that can effectively treat dryness of the skin and thus pigmentation. Milk is also a sort of lightening agent. A paste should be created of almonds and milk and should be applied on the pigmented areas.
Avocados are rich in oleic acid, vitamin C and fatty acids.These ingredients are great for skin healing and rejuvenation. Also high amount of vitamin E help in reducing pigmentation.
A paste should be formed of the avocados and applied on the affected skin area. A patch test is recommended if one suffers from latex allergy.
